NOTES
Rupurara rates include two activities per person per day and you may choose from horse riding, game drives, mountain biking, *trout fishing, *trout farm tours, nature walks, *waterfalls picnics, Rupurara Rock climb and golf at Claremont.
Activities marked with an asterisk require that you have your own 4 X 4 vehicle.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 2 get free accommodation and pay for meals as taken
Children aged 2 to 4 sharing a standard room with two other guests & sleeping on an extra mattress or in a cot get free accommodation and pay for meals and activities.
Children aged 5 to 11 sharing a room with two other guests pay children's rates as per rate sheet.
Children in their own room pay rate as per rate schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees will be charged as a percentage of the amount due for the cancelled portion of the booking, according to the number of days prior to arrival as follows:-
30 + days - no charge; 29 - 16 days - 50% charged; 15 - 8 days - 75% charged; 7 - 0 (no show) - 100% charged. If a client chooses to leave prior to departure date, they will forfeit all monies paid for the remainder of the booking.
